Seriously though, California offers some wonderful bass fishing opportunities. While striped bass angling is essentially done all year round, fishing really starts to hot up about March because of the warmer waters. When the stripers start leaving the bays and heading upstream for spawning bass fishing in California is the place to be.
There are many small and large lakes in California that attract a great deal of bass fisherman.
