I eat it with mayo, its not use bread crumb though (not fish finger) and i think the fish meat is blended with flour.. And what fish should i use?
Soak catfish nuggets or other fillets of fish in buttermilk and egg mixture. Salt nuggets before soaking. Drop nuggets ( after soaking 1 min) in sack of cracker crumbs and shake. Deep fry in peanut oil. Remove when nuggets float to top and drain. Let cool 2 minutes and eat.
