these jackets have been worn by Builders, construction workers,labourers,coal miners,dockers,steel workers and workmen for years. they are thick black wool with a plastic strip across the shoulders on the back and front of the jacket, usually orange,black or hi-vis yellow colour plastic. sometimes printed with company logo's on.
