Magnum Floating

[phpzon]Magnum Floating, 30, SportingGoods[/phpzon] My 1995 Dakota Stalls?

1995 Dodge Dakota SLT 4X4 318 Magnum stalls randomly at intermittent times. It will drive fine when I turn it on bbut when it heats up it wants to stall out at low RPM's, like braking and pulling into parking spaces. I checked the vacuum and its fine and replaced the TPS sensor as well as checked all wire connections. Its an EFI with a throttle body so its not a float issue. Weirdest thing is that it was running really well this week and I thought the problem was gone but then I filled up and its been worse again. My Suspects: Idle Air Control Sensor O2 Sensor Unknown Vac Leak Fuel Filter General Tuneup issues (I'm looking to do this soon anyway) Unknown Anyone got any ideas? I'm pretty good with cars but this has just blown my mind. I have heard alot of similar stories with the 318 but have yet to find an answer that is worth its ink. PLEASE HELP ME!

Sounds like all your ideas are good ones to possibly check, have heard this problem alot about stalling at low rpm such as braking, etc. all seem to have many different causes though, could be anything from fuel pressure being just a few psi too low, to a slightly clogged filter, or even common tune up items like an air filter needing replaced. could even be a coil pack breaking down upon heat and low rpm or plug wires.. really too many possibilties to just say ok its this lol. my best bet would be to take it to a certified person and have them check the bigger things with the diagnostic to make sure it isnt the computer going out or something big like that.
