How do I put my speed bag on the Everlast Professional Swivel?

I recently bought a speed bag set but it came with the S hook swivel, so I went and bought a Professional Swivel by Everlast but I can't figure out how to put my speed bag on now. So if you could write step by step how to put it on the swivel I would appreciate it. But please only answer if you have or had one of these Speed bag swivels and you really know how to do it. Thanks.

I followed that advice and was able to change speed bags fairly easily on that swivel.

But if you don't have the retaining ring pliers, then you are just going to have to spread one end of the locking pin with a small screw driver and then use you hands to remove it, once you get the hang of it it is pretty easy.
